Global Clean Cooking Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Global Clean Cooking Marketing Strategist will lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, average revenue per user (ARPU) and commercial success of clean‑cooking solutions across diverse markets. This role is central to scaling clean‑cooking adoption across Sun King targeted markets – improving household health, reducing environmental impact and enabling energy independence for millions of families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the global brand and marketing strategy for clean‑cooking products, aligned with growth, profitability and impact objectives.
• Lead global product launches and integrated campaigns across digital, retail, field and partner channels.
• Create scalable campaign toolkits and playbooks for local market execution while maintaining global consistency.
• Gather deep customer and market insights through field research, surveys and data analytics to shape messaging, pricing and channel strategy.
• Define success metrics, track performance and continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, commercial, product and partnership teams to ensure alignment from product development through commercialization.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a global or regional role.
• Strong background in consumer goods, energy access or LPG/clean‑cooking solutions.
• Proven success developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies across multiple markets.
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Experience working with cross‑cultural, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
