Graduate Digital Multi-Media & Graphic Design Intern

About the role

World Vision is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Regional CPE team in Nairobi as a Digital Multi-Media & Graphic Design Intern. This 12‑month talent incubation programme offers hands‑on experience supporting communication needs across East Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen World Vision’s brand identity through visual assets.
• Design communication products such as digital media, reports, flyers, posters and publications.
• Develop, execute and report on social‑media engagement plans and calendars.
• Create concepts that visually communicate brand goals and campaign messages.
• Collaborate with the regional communications team on campaigns, events and special projects.
• Participate in internal communications activities for broader organisational exposure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Graphic Design or Marketing.
• Graduated within the last two years.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Local Kenyan applicant.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in video production and editing.
• Ability to use social‑media platforms and track analytics.
