About the role

World Vision is seeking a Graduate Faith & Development Intern to support its faith‑based programming in Kenya. This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity to integrate personal Christian faith with professional development work, contributing to community‑focused projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and adapting devotional and faith‑based materials for diverse audiences.
• Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting using Excel spreadsheets.
• Uphold security standards and organizational policies.

Required profile

• Committed Christian with the ability to articulate personal faith in a professional context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Theology, Christian Education, Christian Ministry, or a related field, graduated within the last two years.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Innovative mindset and willingness to think creatively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
