Graphic Designer & Creative Brand Officer

About the role

The Graphic Designer & Creative Brand Officer will shape and maintain the visual identity of our poultry, FMCG and food‑hospitality brands. Working onsite in Thika, you will ensure all marketing, packaging and outlet visuals are cohesive, compelling and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and safeguard a strong visual brand identity across all channels.
• Design posters, banners, menus, flyers, brochures, packaging and promotional materials.
• Create digital assets for social media, online campaigns and website content.
• Produce outlet branding, signage, uniforms, vehicle graphics and environmental designs.
• Conceptualise product packaging and presentation layouts.
• Support marketing campaigns, activations and promotional events.
• Coordinate production with printers, photographers and videographers.
• Conduct branding inspections at branches and operational sites.
• Introduce innovative ideas to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, advertising or digital content creation.
• Experience in hospitality, food, retail or FMCG branding is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
• Experience using Canva.
• Knowledge of CorelDraw.
• Strong skills in Illustrator.
• Ability to work with Premiere Pro.
