About the role
The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for delivering a memorable and seamless stay for every guest. Working across the property, you will guide guests through check‑in, their stay, and check‑out while ensuring each interaction feels personal and effortless.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and guest requests promptly.
- Prepare and complete daily reports related to guest services.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment while on your feet for extended periods.
- Handle physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and placing objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or luxury service environment.
