Healthcare Staffing Recruiter (Homecare)

About the role

VIZX Global is looking for a Homecare Recruiter with U.S. healthcare staffing experience to work from Nairobi. You will act as an extension of a U.S.-based client’s internal recruitment team, delivering qualified caregivers and nursing talent while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for homecare positions (Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, LPN/LVN/RN) based on client needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals and community pipelines.
• Conduct screening interviews, verify eligibility, assess readiness and confirm availability.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow‑ups and reduce drop‑offs to improve time‑to‑fill.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for priority markets and recurring requisitions.
• Maintain regular candidate communication, document follow‑ups and onboarding readiness checks.
• Partner daily with client stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, shift requirements, location coverage and pay expectations.
• Provide market feedback and recommend adjustments to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support compliance by tracking documentation, adhering to client SOPs and ensuring data confidentiality.
• Track recruitment KPIs and produce weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for U.S. homecare, nursing agency or private‑duty staffing.
• Fast, organized and people‑smart with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting service‑level expectations.
• Comfortable working remotely with a U.S. client team and adapting to their processes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS/CRM systems for candidate tracking.
• Proficiency in using job boards and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing compliance and documentation standards.
