About the role
PassBeyond is seeking a High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) Client Manager to act as a trusted advisor for affluent individuals looking to obtain European residency or citizenship through investment. Working remotely with full support from the Athens headquarters, you will leverage your existing network to introduce qualified prospects to the company’s tailored programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce PassBeyond’s residency and citizenship solutions to high‑net‑worth contacts in your network.
- Explain investment requirements, timelines, and risks to help clients make informed decisions.
- Guide clients from the initial conversation through to the issuance of permits.
- Build long‑term trust through genuine, pressure‑free conversations.
- Collaborate remotely with the Athens team to ensure seamless client service.
Required profile
- Established relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals (entrepreneurs, business owners, senior professionals).
- Strong cultural fluency with the communities you will serve.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Integrity‑driven mindset; prefers losing a deal over misleading a client.
- Comfortable with performance‑based, commission‑only compensation.
