Hotel OS&E Procurement Manager

About the role

Utopia is seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Procurement OS&E Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sourcing of Operating Supplies & Equipment for ultra‑luxury hotel projects. You will work across concept, design, logistics and pre‑opening phases to ensure every OS&E package meets brand standards, budget targets and operational efficiency, even in remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OS&E procurement strategy aligned with brand standards and project budgets.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, cost optimisation and contract administration.
• Own budgets, track spend, identify risks and capture savings opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery and installation across multiple sites.
• Support pre‑opening activities and ensure smooth operational handover.
• Act as primary liaison between operators, brands, design teams, contractors and logistics partners.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of OS&E procurement experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience with high‑end hotel brands and pre‑opening processes.
• Strong budgeting, negotiation and international sourcing expertise.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
