HubSpot CRM Designer & Developer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HubSpot CRM Designer & Developer to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering effective CRM and business system solutions while collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical and systems support for internal and client platforms.
• Troubleshoot software, integration, workflow and operational issues efficiently.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow maps and process flows.
• Support CRM customization, automation, workflows and reporting within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams during solution builds, testing and deployments.
• Assist with QA processes, issue tracking and defect resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM configuration, workflows, automations and reporting.
• Familiarity with project‑management and collaboration tools such as Asana and Miro.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting QA, testing and defect‑management workflows.
• Understanding of system integrations and operational support processes.
