Hybrid Recruiter – Nairobi (Urgent Hire)

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies.
• Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates.
• Track candidate pipelines and monitor hiring progress.
• Extend job offers and support candidates through hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Required profile

• B2+ English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
