HR Coordinator – EA & GAID (Nairobi)

About the role

The HR Coordinator will support the EA and GAID people agenda through HR operations, compliance, executive coordination and facilities management. This on‑site role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration and at least five years of HR generalist experience in a multinational FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, contracts and documentation governance.
• Support local reward topics, payroll inputs, statutory documentation and resolve related issues.
• Manage global mobility, immigration and expatriate support in partnership with providers.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, culture initiatives and local events.
• Provide executive coordination for the GM and leadership team, including calendar management and meeting logistics.
• Oversee front‑office, facilities and logistics for training, visits and HR‑led forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist, HR operations or people services within a multinational or matrixed organization.
• Proven experience with payroll, statutory compliance, compensation & benefits and employee relations.
• Experience coordinating front‑office, facilities or workplace administration.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
