Independent Graphic Designer Consultant

About the role

CHASP Advisory is seeking an Independent Graphic Designer Consultant to provide creative graphic design, multimedia, and visual communication support. The consultant will help strengthen the organisation's brand visibility, marketing materials, digital presence, and communication products throughout the contract period.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print communication materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, fact sheets, newsletters, infographics, reports, and publications.
• Create social media graphics, campaign visuals, website graphics, and digital marketing assets for platforms including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other channels.
• Develop presentation decks, pitch decks, conference materials, and branded templates.
• Layout and visually design reports, policy briefs, case studies, and other knowledge products.
• Produce reusable templates and visual assets to ensure consistency across all communication outputs.
• Prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready artwork and apply CHASP Advisory’s brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback from the Communications Team and stakeholders, making revisions as needed.
• Occasionally support event branding, campaign visual identities, website banners, icons, and basic video editing for promotional content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia, and visual communication supporting organisational branding and marketing.
