Instructional Graphic Designer – Creative Visuals

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on instructional design. The ideal candidate will blend creative illustration, typography, and UI expertise to produce engaging learning materials for both digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Define instructional goals and create visual content that aligns with them.
• Design instructional graphics, user interfaces, and final product mock‑ups.
• Conduct research on learners and contexts to inform design decisions.
• Produce supporting media such as audio, video, simulations, role‑plays, and games.
• Ensure all content meets company objectives and adapts to changing needs.
• Create and test multimedia assets.
• Develop consistent brand identity across web, social, and print channels.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven UI design experience with an online portfolio.
• Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent time‑management and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• UI design and prototyping.
• Experience with e‑learning platforms (advantageous).
• Multimedia creation (audio, video, animation).
