About the role
The Rift Valley Institute of Business Studies is seeking a motivated intern to support its hospitality service and production training programmes. This role will involve assisting both practical and theoretical sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for trainees.
Key responsibilities
- Support practical and theoretical training sessions in line with the institution’s curriculum.
- Assist in assessment, supervision, and skill development of trainees.
- Prepare training materials and maintain records of student progress.
- Help ensure a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, graduated in 2023, 2024 or 2025.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and patience in guiding and mentoring students.
- Previous training or industry experience is an advantage.
