Junior Data Analyst & Operations Assistant (Nairobi)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Data Analyst & Operations Assistant to turn raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain data integrity, and help streamline operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Query large datasets from internal warehouses and external streams.
• Clean, transform, and prepare unstructured data for analysis.
• Identify trends, correlations, and patterns using statistical techniques.
• Design, build, and maintain automated, interactive dashboards and reports.
• Analyze machinery usage and fleet logistics data.
• Track purchase orders and coordinate delivery timelines with suppliers.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Internship experience in data analysis or a related area is a plus.
