Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at Oasis Outsourcing’s Royal Office in Kenya. This fast‑paced position offers the chance to develop end‑to‑end recruiting skills while supporting multiple departments across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the employer brand.
• Provide administrative support for the recruitment team, including preparing interview materials and communicating with candidates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruiting or a related internship.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
