About the role

The Kenya GA Field Supervisor will oversee the execution of shelf health, planogram compliance, and stock administration across retail locations. This role ensures that promotional activities and in‑store activations are implemented effectively while managing order and return processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain shelf health and ensure categories are updated according to planograms.
• Administer stock processes, including order placement and returns handling.
• Implement promotional activities and in‑store activation initiatives.
• Manage the planogram on‑shelf process to guarantee visual compliance.
• Lead and develop the field team while managing personal performance.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of experience in the FMCG industry as a supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
