About the role
RSA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead the adoption of its cybersecurity and identity solutions across Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and Tanzania. The role focuses on strategic accounts in regulated and critical‑infrastructure sectors, driving new business and expanding existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow the territory and strategic account base to meet sales quota.
- Promote RSA Identity Security, Fraud & Risk Intelligence, Governance and Access Management solutions within regulated environments.
- Develop deep understanding of industry‑specific security, compliance and operational resilience requirements.
- Plan territory activities, manage strategic account plans and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, Risk Officers and security leadership.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and coordinate internal resources to deliver value‑driven cybersecurity outcomes.
