Key Account Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

The Key Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between Kaziweza Limited and its most important logistics and supply‑chain clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and profile client accounts based on performance, value and potential and generate periodic reports.
• Identify crucial needs of key clients and deliver first‑class customer care and service.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for managing key accounts.
• Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
• Design pricing structures tailored for key clients.
• Resolve disputes and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention.
• Perform regular account reviews.
• Adapt strategies in response to changing business trends.
• Visit clients based on target prospects and business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
• Kenyan national.
• Self‑driven, resilient, results‑oriented, with high integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
