Kids Project Interviewer (Remote, Kenya)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working with children to join our AI education research team. As a Kids Project Interviewer you will conduct short, engaging interviews with young users in Kenya, helping shape the future of AI‑driven learning tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 10‑minute interviews via Microsoft Teams in Swahili with children across different age groups.
• Create a safe, supportive environment where kids feel comfortable sharing their thoughts.
• Accurately document feedback, behaviours, and observations from each session.
• Assist in designing interview guides and materials tailored to various ages.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for interacting with children.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor that quickly builds trust.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner.
• Interest in AI, education, or innovative technology.
• Clear communication skills with both children and adults.
• Adaptability in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
