About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working with children to join our AI education research team. As a Kids Project Interviewer you will conduct short, engaging interviews with young users in Kenya, helping shape the future of AI‑driven learning tools.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 10‑minute interviews via Microsoft Teams in Swahili with children across different age groups.
- Create a safe, supportive environment where kids feel comfortable sharing their thoughts.
- Accurately document feedback, behaviours, and observations from each session.
- Assist in designing interview guides and materials tailored to various ages.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for interacting with children.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor that quickly builds trust.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner.
- Interest in AI, education, or innovative technology.
- Clear communication skills with both children and adults.
- Adaptability in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
