About the role
The position involves teaching and mentoring students in business, entrepreneurship and related programmes, preparing learning materials, delivering practical training, assessing student performance, supervising projects, supporting research activities, and contributing to curriculum development.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students in business and entrepreneurship subjects.
- Prepare and update learning materials and practical training modules.
- Assess student work, supervise projects and support research initiatives.
- Contribute to curriculum design and academic programme development.
- Engage with industry partners to ensure relevance of course content.
Required profile
- Relevant Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of professional, teaching, training or industry experience in the relevant disciplines.
- Professional certification, registration or membership with bodies such as ICPAK, SIYB, TOT, or other recognized business or education associations is highly desirable.
