Learning Specialist, 2 Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

Join a remote‑first team that uses AI‑driven analytics to accelerate K‑8 learning. You will turn massive streams of performance data into real‑time interventions, coach students live when they hit blockers, and help shape next‑generation learning tools.

Key responsibilities

• Produce laser‑accurate academic data reports, analyze anomalies and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response rescue calls and post‑assessment coaching sessions to resolve knowledge gaps and keep students motivated.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps while designing AI/LLM prototypes to innovate learning strategies.
• Sync with leadership to refine dashboards, tools and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of coaching, training or instruction experience.
• At least 1 year supporting K‑8 students in one‑to‑one or small‑group academic coaching.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis (lookups, pivots, charts).
• At least 6 months using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot in professional workflows.
• Available to work 4 core hours, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑12:00 PM US time.
