About the role
The Legal Officer (P3) will support UNEP’s Law Division in delivering environmental governance and legal assistance across programmes, including the Montevideo Programme V and sustainability initiatives in the textile sector.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and capacity‑building on environmental law and governance.
- Deliver advisory services and thought leadership for the implementation of Multilateral Environmental Agreements.
- Support the administration of legal technical assistance programmes related to sustainability and circularity.
