Lodge/Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

The Lodge/Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager will lead all sales and marketing activities for our hospitality property in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that increase occupancy, revenue and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Drive revenue growth through corporate outreach, event sales and partnership development.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media channels and online promotion initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest feedback to adjust tactics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present results to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Strong business development, networking and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
