LPG Territory Manager – Sales & Business Development

About the role
The LPG Territory Manager will lead sales initiatives across the Western region of Mombasa, driving volume and margin growth for both cylinder and bulk LPG offerings. This role focuses on expanding the customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring safe and compliant LPG usage.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers to expand the client portfolio.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Analyse market trends and customer preferences to uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the brand through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Educate customers on safe handling, storage, and use of LPG.
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and customer feedback.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in LPG sales within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of LPG products and market dynamics.
