About the role
The Key Accounts Coordinator – Lubricants will drive growth of lubricant sales by creating and executing effective sales strategies. You will promote, sell, and distribute automotive and industrial lubricants to existing and prospective customers across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and engage potential customers to expand the lubricants customer base.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, garages, transport companies, industries and key accounts.
- Implement promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and product uptake.
- Provide technical guidance on lubricant selection, application and equipment compatibility.
- Conduct product training and awareness sessions for customers and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and orders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding debts in line with credit policies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, market intelligence and customer feedback reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and industry regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically lubricants or related petroleum products.
- Strong customer relationship management and networking ability.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
Required skills
- Strong technical understanding of lubricants, including automotive and industrial applications.
