Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the promotion of MedPrime Training College's academic programmes, driving student enrollment through integrated marketing initiatives. This contractor position works closely with admissions, academic, and student affairs teams to ensure a consistent brand message.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns to increase visibility and enrolments.
• Plan and execute strategies across digital platforms, social media, print, radio and other traditional channels.
• Coordinate student recruitment outreach, building partnerships with secondary schools, colleges and community organisations.
• Represent the college at education fairs, career exhibitions, open days and seminars to generate leads.
• Maintain relationships with media houses, advertising agencies and corporate partners.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, competitor activity and enrolment data to refine strategies.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, website content and social media posts.
• Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in marketing, communications, business development or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Customer Service, Education or a related discipline.
• Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory or team‑lead experience is desirable.
