Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven, highly organized Marketing Expert to develop and execute initiatives that boost brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth. The position involves managing multi‑channel campaigns, prospect research, outreach, and strategic planning across email, SMS, social media, content, and advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, coordinating campaigns across email, SMS, social media, content, and digital channels.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity, create brand‑awareness campaigns, and monitor brand perception.
• Oversee content strategy, produce website, blog, newsletter, and collateral materials, and measure content performance.
• Design and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and optimise website metadata and landing pages.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in marketing strategy development, implementation, and monitoring.
• 3+ years experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in tech product, political campaign, construction firm, or professional services marketing.

Required skills

• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.).
• CRM systems and lead‑management tools.
• Social media management platforms.
• Marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
