Marketing Project Manager – ClickUp Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager to act as the connective tissue between clients, strategists, media buyers, and our creative team. You will own the end‑to‑end client onboarding process, keep projects on schedule in ClickUp, and ensure reporting is always live and accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination point between clients, strategists, and internal teams.
• Manage client onboarding: collect account access (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok), set up projects in ClickUp, and standardise launch processes.
• Maintain ClickUp as the single source of truth by building templates, recurring tasks, and dashboards.
• Identify and close communication or delivery gaps before they escalate.
• Track creative deliverables from request through revisions, approvals, and quality assurance.
• Source, negotiate, and manage creators on platforms such as Billo and Backstage, handling orders, usage rights, and cost mark‑ups.
• Ensure client reporting dashboards are correctly configured and continuously accurate.
• Schedule and coordinate recurring client and internal meetings, capture action items, and follow up on completion.
• Build internal tools, automations, and living SOPs using AI (Claude Code) to streamline team workflows.
• Flag at‑risk accounts early and escalate issues to leadership.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
• Elite organisational skills with a proven ability to close loops without being chased.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates gaps rather than reacts.
• Comfortable building and using AI‑driven tools; not just prompting.
• Experience designing and running a project‑management process, not merely working inside one.
• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects across different clients.
