Martech Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Martech Lead to own, build and operate Crimson Education’s global marketing technology stack. The role supports more than 20 markets and multiple subsidiary businesses, ensuring reliable, scalable systems that accelerate campaign launches and improve lead performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer enterprise‑level marketing platforms (Marketo, SMS providers, ticketing and event tools), managing data architecture, custom objects, permissions and governance.
• Design, configure and operate the global mar‑tech stack, translating business requirements into system designs and data flows.
• Partner with website developers to specify, QA and validate integrations between the headless website and Marketo.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Technical Manager to maintain consistent data flow between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Lead global roll‑outs of new tools and functionality, producing documentation, training and communications to drive adoption.
• Improve email deliverability and targeting through behavioural segmentation and reduced blanket sends.
• Research, evaluate and recommend cost‑effective, scalable platforms and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex marketing technology environments at an enterprise scale.
• Strong execution focus, comfortable simplifying fragmented systems and building infrastructure that teams use.
• Ability to translate product requirements into clear technical designs and documentation.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams across regions.
