Nutritionist & Beautician – Product Promotion & Customer Consultation

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Nutritionist/Beautician to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role combines product promotion, sales growth and personalized wellness consultations, helping customers achieve their health and beauty goals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell supplements, wellness, skincare and cosmetic products while educating customers on benefits and usage.
• Conduct nutrition, wellness and skincare consultations, providing evidence‑based recommendations.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, prepare sales reports and monitor inventory levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Nutrition Science, Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.
• Minimum 2 years experience in supplements, cosmetics, skincare or related wellness sectors.
• Proven track record in customer consultation, product promotion and sales support.
• Experience in retail, wellness centres, beauty clinics, pharmacies or cosmetic outlets is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of nutritional supplements and skincare products.
• Ability to communicate product features and health benefits clearly.
• Customer relationship management and sales reporting.
