Onshore Emergency Coordinator

About the role

The Onshore Emergency Coordinator will lead the development and maintenance of emergency response plans for on‑site operations. Reporting to senior management, the coordinator ensures that all emergency procedures are up‑to‑date, compliant, and effectively communicated to staff and relevant authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update comprehensive emergency response plans.
• Coordinate emergency response teams during incidents and oversee real‑time decision making.
• Plan and conduct regular drills, training sessions, and evacuation exercises.
• Maintain clear communication channels with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Inspect, test, and certify emergency equipment and systems.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and emergency regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in emergency response, safety coordination, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local safety regulations and industry best practices.
