Operations Specialist

About the role

The Supply Operations Specialist will lead and supervise Glovo Couriers across expansion cities, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring organizational effectiveness. You will also support various stakeholders with administrative tasks and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to different stakeholders with administrative tasks.
• Manage recruitment, training, and onboarding of Couriers.
• Ensure support, documentation, and readiness for brand delivery.
• Optimize acquisition, retention, and performance for Couriers.
• Evaluate and improve processes for organizational efficiency.
• Maintain and analyse operational metrics, producing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Facilitate communication with the Operations Manager on support processes.
• Advise on financial well‑being, monitor regulatory compliance, manage insurance policies and safety protocols.
• Analyse operation metrics to optimise delivery times and Courier earnings.
• Manage stock and courier equipment, ensuring quality bags on streets.

Required profile

• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
