Part Time Lecturer - Transport Economics

About the role

Maseno University is seeking a part‑time lecturer to deliver courses in Transport Economics. The successful candidate will join the faculty to teach, assess and support students while contributing to the department’s academic activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars on Transport Economics.
• Develop teaching materials, case studies and assessment tools.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams and projects.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and research initiatives.
• Maintain accurate academic records and provide timely feedback to students.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics (preferably with a focus on transport).
• Ability to submit a complete application package including CV, academic and professional certificates, transcripts, latest payslip, three referee letters and, if applicable, NCPWD certificate.
