Patient Relations & Marketing Coordinator for Dental Clinic

About the role

The Dental Clinic is seeking a proactive Patient Relations & Marketing Coordinator to promote the practice, attract new patients, and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients. This role blends customer service, community outreach, and digital communication to drive patient acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media, providing accurate information and converting leads into appointments.
• Schedule appointments, send confirmations, and follow up with patients before and after visits.
• Plan and execute local outdoor marketing activities, distribute promotional materials, and support dental camps and health events.
• Identify partnership opportunities with schools, churches, businesses, and residential communities to generate new leads.
• Maintain the clinic’s social media presence, answer comments, and monitor online feedback.
• Escalate clinical questions to the appropriate dental professionals.
