Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of digital and performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Admissions & Marketing, the role combines team leadership, cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the digital marketing team, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Design and manage multi‑channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and oversee ad creative, landing pages and content.
• Produce and present detailed performance dashboards to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Manage advertising budgets, optimise spend for maximum ROI and maintain a Paid Media Playbook.
• Develop and maintain an integrated content calendar, approve campaign messaging, visuals and copy.
• Implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits and optimise web content.
• Oversee marketing automation workflows, CRM integrations and conversion‑funnel optimisation.
• Coordinate with product, sales and creative teams to ensure alignment and resource efficiency.

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Track record of delivering measurable results in user acquisition and revenue growth.
