Pharmaceutical Technologist – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our Embu branch and support the delivery of safe, effective medication services in a busy community pharmacy. The role combines accurate dispensing, customer counseling and inventory oversight to ensure high‑quality care for our patients.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medicines accurately and in accordance with legal standards.
• Provide customers with clear guidance on medication usage, dosage and potential side effects.
• Maintain stock levels, perform inventory checks and ensure compliance with Pharmacy & Poisons Board regulations.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and address patient inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Pharmacy & Poisons Board (PPB).
• Minimum two years of experience working in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
