Pizza Chef – Artisan & Wood‑Fired Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Pizza Chef to join our client’s dynamic kitchen team in Westlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high‑quality pizzas using wood‑fired, Neapolitan and artisan techniques, while also supporting pastry and bakery production.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipe standards.
• Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and proofing processes.
• Produce pastries and bakery items as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Monitor inventory, control waste, and ensure timely replenishment of ingredients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in pizza making, preferably with wood‑fired or Neapolitan styles.
• Background in pastry or bakery production.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
