About the role
The candidate should demonstrate the following skills: maintain Ajua’s platform uptime, performance, stability and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain platform uptime, performance, stability and scalability.
- Design, guide, mentor and challenge system architecture and design with others.
- Develop, maintain, and scale a world‑class public API.
- Build robust, extensible solutions from feature requests.
- Collaborate with data scientists, DBAs, operations, and machine‑learning teams to deliver data‑driven features.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of broad engineering experience.
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Advanced understanding of a JVM language, preferably Java.
- Experience architecting, developing and deploying distributed systems.
