Key Responsibilities Oversee daily processing plant operations. Develop production schedules. Ensure food safety compliance. Implement quality assurance procedures. Supervise production employees. Optimize production efficiency. Monitor production costs. Minimize product waste. Ensure equipment maintenance. Coordinate production planning. Manage inventory and raw materials.
