Presales Executive – Francophone Africa (Bilingual)

About the role

The Presales Executive will support the sales team across French‑speaking African markets for a leading Customer Experience and Queue Management solutions provider. The role involves preparing bilingual bids, delivering product demonstrations, and managing proof‑of‑concept engagements for banking, healthcare, government and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track tender opportunities on Francophone procurement portals and donor‑funded platforms.
• Prepare and submit end‑to‑end RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and formal tender responses in English and French, complying with OHADA and local regulations.
• Develop bilingual technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and solution descriptions.
• Conduct product demonstrations of Queue Management Systems, Virtual QMS, Self‑Service Kiosks, Digital Signage, Appointment Booking, CX CRM and CX Feedback Portal.
• Plan, coordinate and manage Proof‑of‑Concept engagements from scoping to execution, providing bilingual documentation and feedback.
• Support client discovery sessions to align solutions with prospect needs.
• Prepare accurate bilingual quotations in coordination with country sales representatives.
• Maintain a tender calendar and compliance matrix to ensure no missed deadlines.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong sales and client‑engagement experience, preferably in B2B technology or services.
• Experience preparing tender documents and responding to procurement processes in Francophone Africa.
• Ability to conduct technical demonstrations and manage proof‑of‑concept projects.
• Familiarity with banking, healthcare, government or enterprise sectors in the region.
