Project Coordinator – Operations & IT Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of operational, business, IT and telephony projects within our Nairobi contact‑centre hub. The role involves managing multi‑disciplinary teams, handling third‑party vendors and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multiple projects simultaneously using MS Project and MS Planner.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to align expectations and deliverables.
• Apply Prince2 and Agile methodologies for governance, reporting and risk management.
• Conduct rapid impact analyses, resolve conflicts and adapt to changing requirements.
• Deliver operational improvement, IT application development, and telephony initiatives, some exceeding £1 million.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• Proven experience of end‑to‑end project delivery in a contact‑centre or similar environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work autonomously.
• Current Prince2 Practitioner certification (Agile qualification preferred).
