Project Manager – Contact Centre Projects

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of operational, IT and telephony projects within its Nairobi contact centre. The role involves coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams, managing third‑party vendors and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multiple projects simultaneously using MS Project and MS Planner.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including third‑party vendors.
• Apply Prince2 governance and Agile delivery practices to control scope, risks and issues.
• Conduct rapid impact analysis when requirements change and provide actionable recommendations.
• Report progress, risks and financial status to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end projects in a contact‑centre or similar environment.
• Experience handling budgets of £1 million or more and managing complex, multi‑vendor programmes.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely while coordinating with on‑site teams.
