Regional Domain Manager - Rider Operations

About the role

Bolt is seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Regional Domain Manager to lead Rider Operations across multiple markets. You will be responsible for rolling out central initiatives, ensuring they deliver impact at the regional level, and translating market insights into actionable programs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of global Rider Ops initiatives (Airports, Venues, High‑Value Categories, Low‑Cost, Scheduled Rides, B2G, Rider Engagement) across the region.
• Translate global frameworks into market‑specific action plans with clear accountability and timelines.
• Monitor program delivery, flag blockers early, and implement pivots or interventions without delay.
• Provide structured feedback from country teams on risks, regulatory challenges, and demand nuances.
• Own regional domain KPIs and OKRs, ensuring markets meet targets such as GMV share, rider engagement, retention, and B2G pipeline.
• Track metrics rigorously, root‑cause underperformance, and drive corrective actions.
• Enforce adoption of central tools, dashboards, and processes to ensure consistent execution.
• Lead regional syncs, consolidate escalations, and ensure performance transparency.
