Regional Sales Lead

About the role

Keep IT Cool is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to drive growth across its fresh fish, chicken, cold‑chain services and marketplace offerings in Westlands, Nairobi. You will lead a team of Field Sales Associates, shape sales strategy, and ensure the successful launch of new hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor and develop Field Sales Associates across assigned hubs, fostering a high‑performance sales culture.
• Recruit, onboard, train and continuously develop field sales talent.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue and gross‑margin targets while monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
• Design and execute territory plans to acquire new customers across restaurants, hotels, retailers, institutions and residential communities.
• Plan and launch new commercial hubs, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and build customer pipelines before and after launch.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, distributors and channel partners, driving retention and upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing field sales teams.
