Regional Sales Manager – Kenya/East Africa

About the role

Checklynx is seeking a contract‑based Regional Sales Manager to expand its AML compliance platform throughout Kenya and the wider East African market. The role is commission‑driven, rewarding successful generation and closure of qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers across Kenya and East Africa.
• Build relationships with compliance, risk, operations, and executive teams of target organisations.
• Introduce Checklynx to decision‑makers and support discovery calls, demos, and commercial follow‑up.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers and manage the sales pipeline.
• Provide market feedback on pricing expectations, regulatory drivers, and local needs.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales, business development or partnership experience in regulated sectors.
• Strong network within financial services, fintech, remittance, insurance, crypto, iGaming or related industries.
• Good understanding of AML, KYC, compliance and financial‑crime risk concepts.
• Ability to work independently, manage outreach professionally and communicate fluently in English.
• Based in Kenya or with demonstrable commercial access to the East African market.
