About the role

Springbrook is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join its Community Homes in New York. In this role you will deliver direct nursing care within supportive living environments, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and oversee comprehensive nursing care for residents.
• Support and guide caregiving staff on clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Advocate for residents' dignity, well‑being, and rights on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in New York State.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to person‑centered, community‑based care.
