Registered / Senior Architect

About the role

Grasp Design, an award‑winning architecture, master‑planning and interior design studio in Nairobi, is seeking a registered or senior architect to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves working across all RIBA stages on hospitality, commercial, residential and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and technical documentation from RIBA stages 1‑6.
• Produce high‑quality construction drawings and models using ArchiCAD and Rhino/Grasshopper.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with standards.
• Independently manage design development and project delivery tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (Part 2 minimum) and professional registration.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong ethical standards and design rigor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Experience with ArchiCAD.
