Relationship Officer – Rongai

About the role
The Relationship Officer will promote and sell the bank’s financial products, build lasting client relationships and support loan processing at the Rongai/Westlands branch.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new clients.
- Market the company’s financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process loan applications and follow up on repayments.
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports.
Required profile
- KCSE Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work within the assigned branch.

What we offer
- Gross salary of KES 25,000 per month plus benefits as per company policy.
